Registration for WEEF2014
The 2014 World Engineering Education Forum took place from December 3–6, 2014 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, Dubai World Trade Center. Registration was open to engineering educators, researchers, industry professionals, and students from around the world.
Attendance Categories
Participants registered under several categories designed to accommodate the diverse WEEF community:
- Full Delegate — Access to all sessions, keynotes, and conference materials across the four-day program.
- Student Delegate — Reduced-rate registration for full-time students with valid identification.
- Exhibitor / Sponsor — Registration packages for organizations participating in the exhibition hall and sponsorship program.
- Accompanying Person — Access to the spouse program and select social events.
How Registration Worked
Attendees completed an online registration form and submitted payment to secure their place. Registration fees covered conference materials, access to all plenary and parallel sessions, coffee breaks, and the welcome reception. Early-bird rates were available for those who registered before the advance deadline.
